Crew Training

Our Training is…

• to provide Safety and Shipboard Familiarization as required by STCW 95 regulation for strengthening existing skills and increase their knowledge in order to avoid problems on shipboard operations.
   

• to provide Learning Culture an occasion to approach cross-cultural shipboard harmony, focusing on multi-nation onboard experience and share knowledge and experience with their homologous in shipboard unity.
   

• to provide educational growth in the philosophy and concepts of the Society relating to the integration of all aspects of safety (error-free performance) into all functions and activities of management.
   

• to assure broad dissemination and implementation of the Shipboard Society’s philosophy and concepts for enhancement of the safety management profession
